How Can I Pay For My Tickets?

If you are buying tickets online from Show Tickets you can pay by VISA/Mastercard credit card or debit card or American Express.

Which credit and debit cards does Show Tickets accept?

Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All transactions are conducted in Australian (AUD) dollars.

How do I buy a ticket online using my credit card or debit card?

Step 1. Find the event you wish to buy tickets for.
Click on the “BUY TIX” box.

Step 2. At the next screen select the number of tickets you require.

Step 3. You’ll be then asked for your details. Below you will see the terms & conditions of sale of tickets to the event you have chosen.  Once you accept the terms & conditions, you will proceed to the page with the ticket holder details.

Step 4. If you have only one ticket in your cart, you details will be filled in for you. If you have more than one ticket, enter the names of the other ticket holders. They will be sent a copy of the electronic ticket via email. Please check your JUNK or SPAM folders as your tickets may have ended up in there on your email program.

Step 5. Next you will confirm your purchase and provide your credit/debit card card.

Step 7. Once the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email.  Your ticket is delivered by barcoded pdf, you will receive a separate email containing your ticket as an attachment.

Step 8. That’s all there is to it!

What happens if the ticket I have bought to an event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the Promoter/Venue. To find out about the refund availability and process:

  • you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or
  • you can review notices posted on the Promoter/Venue’s website or contact the Promoter/Venue’s via the email address supplied on the Promoter/Venue’s Show Tickets Ticketing listing.
  • If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Promoter/Venue’s may set refund limitations. Contact the Promoter/Venue’s for exact instructions.
  • If a refund has been confirmed by Show Tickets then the following refund method applies:
    • If you booked online using a credit card, Show Tickets will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.
    • If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of Show Tickets you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.
